All passengers (except children under 12 years old) must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate from the designated laboratories by the Islamic Republic of Iran Ministry of Health and Medical Education and the negative test result and a copy of it should be provided at check-in. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure. All passengers arriving to Lebanon, except children under 12 years old, shall fill in the form available electronically through the following website: “covid.pcm.gov.lb” (detailed instructions are attached) and show the received approval they obtained by e-mail or SMS to the airline. (Passengers who do not complete the form are not allowed to board the plane departing to Lebanon.)<br>3. All Passengers arriving to Lebanon shall complete the Medical form issued by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health before their boarding to Lebanon, this form will be available electronically through the Link:” https://arcg.is/OGaDnG.”<br><br>4. All passengers arriving to Lebanon shall download and activate the "covidlebtrack" application and present it to the MOPH representatives at the Airport.<br><br>5. All passengers traveling to Lebanon shall confirm their home quarantine location upon arrival to Beirut Rafik Hariri International Airport and respect the quarantine period (72 hours) to avoid legal actions.<br><br>6. All passengers arriving to Lebanon, except Children under 12 years age and UNIFIL, shall perform a PCR test upon their arrival to BRHlA, and all airlines shall collect 50 USD on every passenger wishing to travel to Lebanon, which is the cost of PCR test or other medical diagnostic measures that every passenger shall undergo upon arrival to BRHlA through Labs. authorized by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health at the Airport, the Airline will pay the collected amounts to the designated handling agents at BRHlA on bi-monthly basis i.e. every 15 days, then the handling agents will pay for the laboratories, which performed the tests based on invoices stamped by the Ministry of Public Health.<br><br>7. The following are exempted from the home quarantine:<br><br>a. Diplomats and their families, officials, official delegations, officers and UNIFIL.<br><br>b. Passengers who submit documents confirming a previous infection with the coronavirus (a recent negative test with a positive test lasting more than 15 days) or a positive IgG test showing the percentage of these antibodies in the blood above the required rate according to each measurement technique, provided that the MOPH representatives at the airport review the medical case and approves it.<br><br>c. Passengers who have been vaccinated by Covid-19 vaccine, with a medical report certifying that, and shall perform a PCR test at the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon as a precautional measure.<br><br>8. Passengers who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week, that is, who travelled during one day of the week and will return on the same day during the following week, are exempted from doing PCR test in the countries of departure, and shall perform a PCR test at the airport upon their arrival to Lebanon.<br><br>9. All Beirut-Tehran passengers must undergo a PCR test which is approved by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and present the negative test result to the crew.<br><br>10.
