The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure. All passengers must fill a health declaration form issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health from https://arcg.is website and present it at check in.<br><br>2. All Tehran-Beirut passengers (except children under 12 years old) must pay 50 USD to our sales representative at the time of purchasing their ticket for the mandatory PCR test which is taken in Beirut Rafiq Hariri Airport.<br><br>3. Until the result of the PCR test is determined, passengers should be quarantined for 48 hours in one of the <a href="http://www.mahan.aero/Assets/Documents/Designated%20hotels.pdf" target="_blank"><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1">designated hotels</span></a> which should be booked and prepaid in advance and present it to the counter manager at Imam Khomeini Airport (otherwise they will not issue the boarding pass for the passenger). It should be noted that at the Beirut airport, the relevant hotel sends a means of transportation to the airport to transfer the passenger to the hotel, and the passenger must pay the hotel fee in person.<br><br>4. All passengers must fill a health declaration form which will be presented by the crew.<br><br>5. All Beirut-Tehran passengers must undergo a PCR test which is approved by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and present the negative test result to the crew.<br><br>6. Beirut-Tehran passengers must necessarily have one of the following visa types:<br>- Resident Visa, work permit visa, student visa, multiple visa or finance visa.<br><br>*The passengers who left Iran with negative PCR test result to foreign destinations can come back to Iran with the same test result, in case their travel period is less than 1 week (from the time of taking the PCR test).<br><br><a href="http://www.mahan.aero/Assets/Documents/Designated%20hotels.pdf" target="_blank"><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1">Designated hotels</span></a>
