All passengers are obliged to wear face mask and face shield during the flight time.<br>2. All passengers must download the “Aarogya setu” app on their mobile devices.<br>3. All travelers should submit self-declaration form on the online portal www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel.<br><br><br>Tehran-Delhi:<br>1.Until further notice, Iranian passengers with valid visa can travel to India except those with E-visa, Medical visa and Tourism visa.<br>2. All passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate from the designated laboratories by the Islamic Republic of Iran Ministry of Health and Medical Education to be accepted on the flight. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure. All passengers must fill self-declaration form during the flight and hand it over to the border health officer at the arrival airport. <br>4. Passenger should provide an undertaking on the portal stating they would be undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days (7 days paid quarantine at their own cost, followed by 7days isolation at home with self-monitoring of health). Only for compelling reason/cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parents with children of the age of 10years or below, home quarantine may be permitted for 14 days. Decision of health Officer present on shift will be Final.<br><br>Delhi-Tehran:<br>1. Until further notice, only the following passengers are allowed to travel to Iran from India:<br>• Seamen holding a NOC, approved by the DGCA<br>• Stranded Iranian nationals<br>• Indian nationals holding Iran’s residence permit<br><br>2. All passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure. This excludes children below 2 years old.<br><br><br>*The passengers who left Iran with negative PCR test result to foreign destinations can come back to Iran with the same test result, in case their travel period is less than 7 days (from the time the PCR test result is issued).<br><br><br><br><br>
