All Tehran-Beirut passengers (except children under 5 years old) must pay 50 USD to our sales representative at the time of purchasing their ticket for the mandatory PCR test which is taken in Beirut Rafiq Hariri Airport. <br>4. All passengers must fill a health declaration form which will be presented by the crew.<br>5. All Beirut-Tehran passengers must undergo a PCR test which is approved by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health and present the negative test result to the crew.<br>6. In case of finding any suspicious passenger, he/she will be taken to the quarantine location in Iraq international Airports and all the quarantine charges will be at the passenger’s expense.<br><br> Iraq-Iran<br><br>1. The passengers have to be at the airports at least 3 hours before the official time of departure. <br>2. All passengers are required to carry out PCR test at the medical centers and health laboratories that specified officially by Ministry of Health at the country of departure, it must be done before 72 hours from departure date. The negative test result must be provided to Mahan Air representative at the time of check –in.<br>3. Passengers must wear masks both in the terminal and on board. Passengers not wearing masks will be denied both access to the terminals and boarding to protect public health.<br>4. Only one handbag will be allowed on board as cabin bags.<br>5. All non-Iranian passengers whose final destination is Tehran, should have residency of Iran, student visa, work permit visa, medical treatment visa or financial visa (except tourist & pilgrims) <br>6. All travelers should submit self-declaration form on the online portal www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel.<br><br><br>Tehran-Delhi:<br>1. Until further notice only Stranded Indian nationals who received the verification letter from the Indian Embassy in Iran are allowed to travel to India.<br>2. All passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate from the designated laboratories by the Islamic Republic of Iran Ministry of Health and Medical Education to be accepted on the flight. The original certificate should be in English and it is mandatory to provide at check-in. <br>All passengers regardless of point of origin or nationality must complete the COVID-19 screening self-declaration form and present it to the health representatives on arrival.<br>All passengers arriving in Tehran will undergo thermal screening, and suspected COVID-19 cases will be isolated, regardless of their negative test result certificate. Iranian nationals must complete an indemnity form and quarantine themselves at the specified address (preferably their own home) for 14 days. This restriction may be subject to extension by the government.<br>Before arrival<br>o All Mahan Air passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate from the designated laboratories by the Islamic Republic of Iran Ministry of Health and Medical Education and present the test result certificate at check-in. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure. This excludes children below 2 years old.
