The specific requirements are as follows:<br><br>* Test Requirements<br><br>Passengers going to China via direct flights must take nucleic acid and IgM, IgG anti-body tests within 48 hours before boarding. They must take the tests at a medical institution recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Iran and then apply at the Chinese Embassy in Iran for a green health code with the “HS” mark or a certified health declaration form with certificates of negative results of both tests.<br><br>1- Pars Hospital Lab -Tehran (Keshavarz Blvd.)<br><br>2- Passengers going to China via connecting flights must take nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in the third country within 48 hours before boarding their flight to Iran and then take both tests again in Iran within 48 hours before boarding the plane to China. Passengers must apply at the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in BOTH countries for green health codes with the “HS” mark or certified health declaration forms with certificates of negative results of both tests.<br><br>Passengers must take the first nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in the third country within 48 hours before boarding the flight and a negative certificate of nucleic acid and serum IgM , IgG anti-body test are required to be obtained.<br><br>Passengers must take the second nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in Iran within 48 hours before boarding the flight and the negative certificate of nucleic acid and serum IgM , IgG<br>anti-body test are required to be obtained.<br><br>Passengers who are to fly to China from Iran via a third country must take the first nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in Iran, take the second nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in the third country. Passengers must apply at the Chinese Embassies/Consulates in BOTH countries for green health codes with the “HS” mark or certified health declaration forms with certificates of negative results of both tests.<br><br>Passengers must take the first nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in Iran within 48 hours before boarding the flight and a negative certificate of nucleic acid and serum IgM , IgG anti-body test are required to be obtained.<br>Passengers must take the second nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests in the third country within 48 hours before boarding the flight and a negative certificate of nucleic acid and serum IgM , IgG anti-body test are required to be obtained.<br><br>Please check the list of local nucleic acid and serum anti-body testing institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Iran on the Embassy's website > Consular Services > Notice, the information will be keep updated .<br><br>* Chinese Passengers Applying for Green Health Code with the “HS” Mark<br><br>Chinese passengers must upload to the WeChat Health Code app photos of their negative nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests results, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese Embassy in Iran. Then they will get the green health code with the “HS” mark. Passengers must present the green code within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to China before boarding.<br><br>* Foreign Passengers Applying for Certified Health Declaration Form<br><br>In order to facilitate application to apply for a Health Declaration Form from the Chinese Embassy in Iran for foreign nationals, the applicant or agent may obtain a blank Health Declaration Form when he/she comes to Embassy to apply for Chinese visa, and submit the COVID-19 negative certificate, IgM , IgG anti-body negative certificates and duly signed Health Declaration Form to the Embassy when he/she comes to the Embassy to obtain the Chinese visa one day before the flight. The Embassy will issue the Health Declaration Form with the seal of the Embassy after examination.<br><br>For those foreign nationals who are holding a valid Chinese visa issued by Chinese Embassies and consulates after March 28, 2020 or are exempted from visa, please apply for the Health Declaration Form from us one day before the flight departs by the applicant or agent with COVID-19 negative certificates and IgM , IgG anti-body negative certificates.<br><br>https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/<br><br>Reminder:<br><br>Please read the requirements carefully and follow them accordingly. Failures to obtain the green health code with the “HS” mark or a certified health declaration form with negative nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests results means you do not qualify for boarding the flight to China and will have to change your itinerary.<br><br>If you must go to China via connecting flights, please check the transit country’s entry regulations and its nucleic acid and IgM , IgG anti-body tests requirements beforehand. Failure to enter the transit country or meet the requirements regarding the tests, the green code or certified health declaration form could result in being stranded and heightened infection risks.<br><br><p style="color:#00a693;">* Supplementary Requirements on ‘Double test’ for Passengers from Iran to China (received by China Embassy)</p><br>1. Passengers departing from Iran for China should not transit in a third country<br>From now on, we (the Chinese Embassy in Iran) will not accept applications for health codes or health status declarations of people from Iran who come to China through third countries.<br>2. People in third countries should carefully choose to transit through Iran<br>A. Passengers from countries with direct flight to China should take direct flights to China. No application for health code or health status statement of such passengers will be accepted by us.<br>B. Health codes and health status declarations of individuals with private passports who come to Iran with visa-free, visa-on-arrival or tourist visa will not be accepted.<br>C. For passengers from countries without direct flights to China with urgent or necessary reasons to transfer through Iran to China, they shall:<br>a. Take ‘double test’ in the country of origin, and hold the health code issued by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin <br>b. After taking ‘double test’ in Iran, you should apply for a health code or health status declaration form from us. We will verify the health code issued by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.<br><br>3. People infected with CoviD-19 infection should apply for a health code after a quarantine monitoring and an examination after recovery. Passengers diagnosed with CoviD-19, or who have not been diagnosed with CoviD-19 but have tested positive for IgG (vaccination takers not included), should follow the following procedures when departing from Iran:<br>After the disease is recovered, lung examination and two nucleic acid tests (sampling interval not less than 24 hours) shall be taken. The local hospital shall issue a diagnostic certificate with lung CT or X-ray results and a negative report of two nucleic acid tests. The passengers shall take a 21-day self-isolation and health monitoring. If all the conditions are normal, take a ‘double test’ within 2 days before departure and submit all the above-mentioned certificates as well as apply for a health code from the Chinese Embassy according to the requirements.<br>Reminder: Any concealment or fraud will affect the passengers’ future travel to China. Please be sure to truthfully do tests and declare.<br>
